This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Color - Color Picker ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our application. Easy Color is a color extraction tool published on the Apple App Store by Said Lamaarague. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and have built our App with a privacy-first architecture.

B Information Collection

Easy Color does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The App functions entirely on your device without requiring registration, login credentials, or any personal information input.

When you use Easy Color to extract colors from a photo, the entire analysis process — including the K-means clustering algorithm — runs locally on your device's processor. Your images are processed in-memory and are never copied, cached, or transmitted to any external server.

Your palette history, preferences, and any saved data remain exclusively in your device's local storage and are inaccessible to us or any third party.

C Photo & Camera Access

Easy Color may request permission to access your device camera and photo library to enable its core functionality — extracting color palettes from images. Important details about this access:

Camera and photo library permissions are requested only when you initiate the corresponding feature
Photos selected or captured are processed locally in real-time and are never uploaded, stored on remote servers, or shared with anyone
You can revoke camera or photo library access at any time through your device's Settings app
We do not access photos beyond the specific image you select for color extraction

D Data We Do Not Collect

To be fully transparent, here is a comprehensive list of data categories that Easy Color does not collect, access, or process:

Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number
Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware fingerprints
Location data, IP addresses, or network information
Browsing history, search queries, or usage analytics
Contacts, calendar entries, or messages
Financial data, payment information, or purchase history
Health, fitness, or biometric data
Crash logs, diagnostics, or performance metrics sent to external services

E Third-Party Services

Easy Color does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no embedded frameworks that monitor your behavior or collect data on our behalf.

App Store Note: Easy Color is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may independently collect certain information (such as download metrics and crash data) under their own privacy policies. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for further details on their practices.

F On-Device Storage & Security

All app data — including your saved palette history, recently extracted colors, and image thumbnails — is stored locally using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data benefits from your device's native security features:

iOS data protection and encryption at rest
Device-level authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)
App sandboxing that prevents other apps from accessing Easy Color's data

Since no data is ever transmitted over the network, the risk of interception or server-side breaches is completely eliminated. Uninstalling Easy Color will permanently remove all locally stored data.

G Children's Privacy

Easy Color is rated 9+ on the App Store and is safe for users of all ages. Because the App collects absolutely no personal data, it inherently complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions concerning minors, and similar regulations worldwide.

You have complete control over your interaction with Easy Color:

Grant or revoke camera and photo library permissions through iOS Settings at any time
Remove all app data instantly by uninstalling Easy Color from your device

Since we do not maintain any servers or databases containing your information, there is no data for us to access, modify, export, or delete on your behalf.

I Policy Changes

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Any significant changes will also be communicated through a notice within the App. Your continued use of Easy Color following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
